The Lectures

The lectures will cover a rather broad range of topics, from quantum optics, over quantum chaos and random matrix theory to quantum information and entanglement. Courses will be given by internationally recognized experts in their fields. You will have an excellent opportunity to have a closer look at the different research fields; find out about the kind of questions posed, the methods and every day routine. This summer school is intended for Physics students, both, advanced undergraduates and postgraduates.

Registration Fee (includes accomodation)

Registration fee: $6000 (Mexican Pesos).

Registration fee for students: $4000 (Mexican Pesos).

Venue and Travel Information

The participants and lecturers of the school who require lodging will stay at Hotel AranzazĂș. The school itself will take place in Universidad de Guadalajara, at the graduate school.

Additional information about getting around will be posted later.

Other Information

The languange of the school will be English. Students are expected to have basic communication skills in English. The school is intended to be personal, non-bureaucratic, and spontaneous. The focus is on learning physics in a stress-free, cooperative atmosphere. Social programs will round-up the event.
